October and November brought 4 birthday celebrations! We are so proud of our sweet boys and loved being a part of their special days. Thank you Moms and Dads for coming and bringing treats and stories to share!!
We have loved learning about Native Americans. Our Classroom became a place where we lived in a teepee. We were able to fish in a pond. We grew vegetables in our garden. We even could warm up by a warm fire.
The kids loved making rain sticks, an instrument that Native Americans would use to make music. We also had fun crafting necklaces with wooden beads and noodles.
As we prepared for our music program, Ms. Kacie-Linn helped us make beautiful vests and sweet turkey hats. They are just adorable and made our celebration extra special! Ms. Betsy led our beautiful Thankfulness Program, filled with songs to celebrate the season.
To end our month of Thanksgiving, we gathered together as a class to make and share a special vegetable soup. We have so much to be thankful for!
